New story, same old self-righteous intolerance.

California's Proposition 8, the law prohibiting same sex marriage, was struck down by a federal judge last week on grounds it violated the 14th Amendment's guarantees of due process and equal treatment under law.

Hooray! A win for the good guys. A win for the Constitution. A win for love and the pursuit of happiness.

A loss for intolerance and ignorance.
